  • 1 tsp – crushed black pepper
  • 1/2  – tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp – oregano/mixed herbs
  • Lemon Juice: 1/2 lemon

Directions For Making Lemon Pepper Chicken:

  1. The very first step is, to cut 1 lb/450g chicken thighs or chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces about 1 inch thick
  2. After that add the marinade ingredients to the chicken, mix well and set aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Now, on medium flame, heat 3 tbsp olive oil and infuse 3 crushed garlic cloves.
  4. Add the chicken without overcrowding the pan. This way they will brown well.
  5. Now, sear on all sides until browned and cooked through. 
  6. Chicken thighs will be ready in 5-6 mins and chicken breasts in 3-4 mins.
  7. Garnish with some fresh parsley and lemon zest.
  8. Finally, serve lemon pepper chicken immediately.

1 kg (curry cut with bones) – Chicken 

For Tempering: 

Bay leaf-2

Spice Powders: 

  • Saoji Masala powder – 7 tbsp 
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder- 3 tsp

Fried Onion-coriander paste:

  •  Fried onions – 10 tbsp (from 250 gms net sliced onions)
  •  Coriander leaves with stems – 3 tbsp (9 gms) 

Other Ingredients:

  • Ginger garlic paste- 4 tsp 
  • Refined oil – 5-6 tbsp 
  • Salt- 2 tsp+ pinch

Preparation Process:

  • First of all, slice the onions and fry them in hot oil until golden in a pan. After that remove them and let them cool.
  • Now, add it to a grinder along with chopped stems and coriander leaves, blend it smooth after adding 2-3 tbsp of water.

Directions:

  • Take a pan and heat oil and add the bay leaves, give a light stir and add the chicken pieces.
  • Now, mix and fry them on high flame for around 4-5 minutes until the chicken pieces turn white/brown.

Now, add the boneless chicken pieces and turmeric, again give a proper mix and fry on high flame for around 2-3 minutes until the chicken is browned. Add salt, give a proper mix and cover with a lid and cook on low flame for around 15 minutes.
Make sure to remove the lid between 1-2 times and give a nice mix. After 15 minutes, remove the lid and add the masala powder and mix properly and continue frying on low flame for another 5 minutes.

  •  Curry Leaves- 15-20 nos
  •  Oil- 3 tbsp-
  •  Green Chillies- 2-3 sliced
  •  Crushed Ginger- 2 tsp
  •  Crushed Garlic- 2 tsp
  •  Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
  •  Shallots- 100 gms after peeling 
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped for garnish – 2 tbsp

Directions For Making Hot And Spicy Masalerdar Chicken Fry Recipe

Preparation Process:

  • First of all, soak the shallots in water for around 28-30 minutes, so that it’s easier to peel the skin of the shallots.
  • Now, take apan and dry roast all the items for the masala powder section on low flame for around 3 minutes.
  • After that, remove onto a plate and let it cool down and after completely cooled down just grind it into a fine powder and set aside for later use.
  • Now, finely chop  the coriander leaves and slicer the green chillies

  • Butter – 1tbsp.
  • Oil – 1tbsp.
  • Chopped garlic – 1tbsp.
  • Butter  – 1tsp.
  • Salt according to your taste.
  • Chopped shallots – 1tbsp.
  • Water as required.
  • Cream – 1/2 cup.
  • Grated parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup.
  • Chopped parsley – 1tbsp.

  1. First of all, let’s take the escalopes of Chickenon a plate and season these with freshly cracked peppercorns as much, as little, as you prefer And with this, Salt, again as required.
  2. Now without rubbing all of these, I am going to dusk this with some Refined Flour, and We need to tap these well.
  3. After that keep this aside for 30 seconds.
  4. In that interim let’s heat a combination of Oil and Butter in a pan.
  5. So let’s begin with pan-frying the Chicken
  6. Once these chicken escalopes turn Golden brown at the bottom, you give this a very gentle flip and allow these to get colored on the other side as well.
  7. And then in the same pan, almost like how we deglaze the pan We are going to start with the Onions and Garlic And in this case like that, I said Onions are an option
  8. Let’s move the Chicken to the side of the pan. And in the center space, we add chopped Garlic. Along with chopped Shallots
  9. We will move this around, and ensure that this just begins to saute or turn translucent in color
  10. To ensure, this kind of happens faster I am going to put in the remaining amount of butter. A touch of Salt at this stage.
  11. Remember the fact that the chicken has salt and so does the butterLet’s mix all of this together.
  12. Once Onions and Garlic are both saute or kind of turned translucent at this stage you can actually throw in some herbs. Now herbs are not really important in this recipe because I do not want that tangential flavor of Thai Rosemary or Oregano This is just perfect because right towards the end
  13. we are going to add in lots of Black Pepper and Pasley
  14. Let’s move on to the next step, which is adding either stock or water And in this case, will be better if it will be stock.
  15. The Chicken Thai will roughly take around 7-8mins to cook on medium flame
  16. If you cut it thinner of course it will cooker faster.
  17. Once that is done, I am going to add in some Parmesan Cheese.
  18. Now if you are not a huge fan of dairy the recipe can actually stop at this stage because this ‘technically’ is also sauce called Veloute Now Veloute is basically when stock is kind of thin with a roux or with a thicking agent but we are of course taking it to a creamy stage because the name says ‘Creamy Garlic Chicken’
  19. Let’s bring in, the element of dairy which is cream. Let’s mix all of this well.
  20. One quick boil, 30secs, 40secs. And this is done and ready.
  21. Just before switching the flame off, I am going to sprinkle in some curled Parsley which is finely chopped.
  22. And if you like it slightly on the hot side, you can sprinkle in some freshly cracked Black Pepper
  23. On that note, our Creamy Garlic Chicken is done and ready. Parmesan, if you have, add it in,
  24. if you don’t have just grate in your choice of Cheese.
  25. Finely our creamy dreamy garlic chicken is ready to serve, Serve this along with cauliflower mash, pasta, mashed potatoes.

  2. Now, cut them into small bite-size pieces or cut them with your own preferences. Because some people like small pieces or some like big.
  3. Take a mixing bowl and add sesame oil, baking soda, and light soy sauce into it and marinate chicken breasts bite-size pieces properly and evenly, and keep it aside for around 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, we are going to prepare vegetables, Let’s start. Cut the vegetables. Cut carrot, small chilies, and green chilies into thin slices and sweet pepper and onions into small dice.
  5. Ok, it’s time to coat marinates chicken pieces. Coat these small chicken pieces with corns flour properly and evenly and also before flying let them toss in the excess amount of flour to get better results.
  6. Now, it’s time to fry these small chicken flour-coated pieces in hot oil. Heat the frying oil into a high flame in a deep frying pan.
  7. Add the coated chicken pieces one by one nicely and keep in mind don’t make a rush in the pan. Depp fries them for around 2-3 minutes chicken pieces turn into light brown. and remove them from oil and keep them aside for further use.
  8. Now, take a wok and add all the ingredients from the sauce ingredients section into a wok and bring it to boil with medium-high flame.

  10. If you want to thicken the sauce then just add 1tbsp of water and 1/2tsp of the cornflour mixture in the sauce. Taste the salt and you can easily add or omit the amount of salt according to your own taste.

  1. First of all preheat your oven at 190°C (375°F), because we are going to bake our chicken drumsticks.
  2. Using paper towels to dry the chicken after rinsing. Now, in a bowl add all the ingredients from the marination section and combine all the ingredients until the mixture turns into a nice milky pale yellow color mixture.
  3. Now, add garlic and cilantro to the chicken drum sticks, and with the help of your hand rub them onto the chicken drumsticks nicely.
  4. Finely, marinate the chicken drumsticks with milky yellow pale co mixture nicely. Keep in mind coat all the sides of chicken drumsticks properly and evenly.

  7. Ok place these chicken drumsticks in preheated oven and bake them for around 40 minutes or until the drumsticks are cooked through completely.
  8. After 40 minutes, take them out from the oven and garnish them with finely chopped cilantro leaves and that’s it.

  6. Now flip the chicken and again let it cook for around 5-6 minutes.
  7. When chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F at least, just remove the breast from the skillet and let it cool down for few minutes.
