Soak some Saffron Strands with Water and keep them aside.
For Paste: soak some Almonds, Cashew Nuts and Poppy Seeds for 3-4 hours, then grind it by adding some water and make a fine paste.
In a mixer jar, put some roughly chopped Onion, some Water and make a fine paste.
Keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil, bay Leaf, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Finely chopped Ginger and Green Chilli and saute them, Then add some Onion Paste and cook well till it turns pink in colour.

Then add soaked Nuts Paste, some Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Curd and cook well. After that add some Sugar, Cardamom Powder, some Water/Milk, Salt to taste, Cottage Cheese/Paneer Cubes in it and cook it well on a slow flame by covering it. Then put some Saffron Water and roasted Fenugreek Leaves in it and cook well. Garnish the Delicious Nawabi Paneer with Saffron Strands and serve it with Lachha Paratha.

Heat up a stockpot to medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Roughly chop the onion crush the garlic and sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown. For Mango Syrup/Sharbat, take some Mangoes and a Raw Mango, chop them and grind them separately.

Keep a pan on the flame, put some Ground Mango Paste, some Sugar, some Water in it. Stir it continuously & cook it well on a slow flame. Then put the remaining Sugar in it & boil it for 5-7 minutes & turn the flame off. Keep it for cooling down & filter the Syrup with a strainer. Put the filtered Syrup in a jar or in a bottle and enjoy it for a long time by keeping it in the fridge. In this way, Mango Sharbat will get ready. For Serving, take a glass, put some Mango Sharbat in it and add some Water and Ice Cubes and serve it.

For Mango Drink:

  •   Mango – 3 Nos
  •   Raw Mango – 1 Nos
  •   Sugar- 1.5 Cup
  •   Water – More than 1 Cup
  •   Ice Cubes – As required
  •   Water – 1 Cup

How To Make Sabudana Aloo Papad Recipe

Take a bowl & put Sago in it then wash it 2-3 times to remove their starch & put Water in it. Take some Potatoes, peel & grate them with the grater & wash the grated Potatoes. Keep the grated Potato & Sago on the strainer to remove excess water. Keep the pan on the flame, put Water in it & boil it then put the soaked Sago & grated Potato in the boiled Water stir it & cook it for 30 minutes. Then add some Rock Salt, Cumin Seeds & whisk them with the whisker.

Then keep it on the flame & cook it again. Let it be cooked till it gets transparent colour & thick then turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down. Take the plastic sheet & put the batter with a serving spoon. Let it be sundry for 7-8 hours then turn the side & let the other side to be dry. Dry it properly. Keep the pan for heating, add some Oil & Papad in it & fry it. Enjoy the Sabudana Papad.

How To Make Kulfa Bhaji Recipe

For Bhaji: Soak the Chana Dal for an hour. Wash the Noniya Saag & chop it nicely. Keep the pan for heating, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, nicely chopped Onion, Ginger & Green Chilli & saute them. Then add some Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste, nicely chopped Tomato, Potato, Eggplant & Carrot. Cook them on a medium flame. Then add chopped Nonia Bhaji, soaked Chana Dal, a cup of Water & mix them well. Cover it with a lid and give it 2-3 whistles. Then release its pressure & mash it with the masher or whisker. Give the Oil, Cumin Seeds & Dry Red Chilli Tadka on it. 

For Rice: take some Rice and soak it for half an hour. Keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, some Water, Salt to taste, Soaked Rice in it mix it well. Cover it half and cook it well on a high flame & cook it on a slow flame for 3-4 mins. Put some Chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve the tasty Bhaji-Chawal with Green Salad. In this way, Hotel/Dhaba Style Nonia Saag/Kulfa Bhaji-Chawal will get ready easily.

  •   Potato – 1 Nos

  •   Carrot – 1 Nos
  •   Water – 1 Cup

For Tadka:

  •   Ghee – Some
  •   Cumin Seeds – ½ Tsp
  •   Dry Red Chilli
  •   Coriander Leaves- Finely Chopped

For Rice:

  •   Oil – 1 Spoon
  •   Water- 2 Bowl
  •   Cumin Seeds – ½ Tsp
  •   Salt- Some 
  •   Rice – 1 Bowl, Soaked

Directions For Making Kulfa Bhaji Recipe

Directions For Bhaji:

  1. First of all, soak the Chana Dal for an hour. Wash the Noniya Saag & chop it nicely.
  2. Now, keep the pan for heating, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, nicely chopped Onion, Ginger & Green Chilli & saute them.
  3. Then add some Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste, nicely chopped Tomato, Potato, Eggplant & Carrot.
  4. Cook them on a medium flame.
  5. Then add chopped Nonia Bhaji, soaked Chana Dal, a cup of Water & mix them well.
  6. Cover it with a lid and give it 2-3 whistles.
