Noniya Saag/Kulfa Bhaji Recipe(Nonia Bhaji/Saag Chawal)

How To Make Kulfa Bhaji Recipe

For Bhaji: Soak the Chana Dal for an hour. Wash the Noniya Saag & chop it nicely. Keep the pan for heating, put Oil, Cumin Seeds, nicely chopped Onion, Ginger & Green Chilli & saute them. Then add some Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste, nicely chopped Tomato, Potato, Eggplant & Carrot. Cook them on a medium flame. Then add chopped Nonia Bhaji, soaked Chana Dal, a cup of Water & mix them well. Cover it with a lid and give it 2-3 whistles. Then release its pressure & mash it with the masher or whisker. Give the Oil, Cumin Seeds & Dry Red Chilli Tadka on it.

For Rice: take some Rice and soak it for half an hour. Keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, some Water, Salt to taste, Soaked Rice in it mix it well. Cover it half and cook it well on a high flame & cook it on a slow flame for 3-4 mins. Put some Chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve the tasty Bhaji-Chawal with Green Salad. In this way, Hotel/Dhaba Style Nonia Saag/Kulfa Bhaji-Chawal will get ready easily.

Ingredients For Making Kulfa Bhaji Recipe

  •   Kulfa Saag – 1 Bunch
  •   Chana dal- 1 Bowl
  •   Oil – 1-2 Spoon
  •   Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
  •   Onion – 2 Nos
  •   Ginger & Green Chilli 
  •   Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tsp
  •   Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
  •   Turmeric Powder- 1/4 Tsp
  •   Salt – 1.5 Tsp Or As per taste
  •   Tomatoes – 2 Nos
  •   Potato – 1 Nos
  •   Eggplant – 1 Nos
  •   Carrot – 1 Nos
  •   Water – 1 Cup

For Tadka:

  •   Ghee – Some
  •   Cumin Seeds – ½ Tsp
  •   Dry Red Chilli
  •   Coriander Leaves- Finely Chopped

For Rice:

  •   Oil – 1 Spoon
  •   Water- 2 Bowl
  •   Cumin Seeds – ½ Tsp
  •   Salt- Some 
  •   Rice – 1 Bowl, Soaked

Directions For Making Kulfa Bhaji Recipe
