How To Make Crispy Masala Aloo Bhindi Recipe.

For Masala: keep the pan for heating, put some Fennel Seeds & dry roast it & coarsely grind it. Take out the ground Fennel Powder in a bowl, then put some Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt to taste, Asafoetida/Hing Powder & mix them all well.

For Crispy Potato: Peel & Cut the Potatoes into 2 halves, make a small cut in them. Then fill the Masala In it. Put some oil in the heated pan & cook them by covering them. Turn the flame off & take it out in a bowl.


For Bhindi: take some Ladies’ Fingers/Bhindi, wash them & wipe them with a cloth & make a cut in it. Then fill the Masala In it. Put some oil in the heated pan & cook them by covering them. Then put some Hot Water & cook it well. Serve the tasty & Crispy Aloo-Bhindi with Salad. In this way, Crispy & Tasty Masala Aloo-Bhindi Fry will get ready at home.

Ingredients For Making Crispy Masala Aloo Bhindi Recipe

  • Ladyfingers(okra) – 300 Gm.
  • Potatoes- 3 Nos
  • Turmeric Powder- 1 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder- 2 Tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Mango Powder- 1/2 Tsp
  • Asafoetida/Hing Powder- 2 Pinch
  • Crushed Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 Tsp
  • Garam Masala-1/4 Tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 Tsp Or As per taste
  • Fennel Seeds – 2 Spoon
  • Oil – 2 Tbsp
  • Hot Water- 2-4 Spoons
  • For Serving:
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Green Chilli
