How To Make Nawabi Paneer Recipe

Soak some Saffron Strands with Water and keep them aside.
For Paste: soak some Almonds, Cashew Nuts and Poppy Seeds for 3-4 hours, then grind it by adding some water and make a fine paste.
In a mixer jar, put some roughly chopped Onion, some Water and make a fine paste.
Keep the pan on the flame, put some Oil, bay Leaf, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Finely chopped Ginger and Green Chilli and saute them, Then add some Onion Paste and cook well till it turns pink in colour.

Then add soaked Nuts Paste, some Black Pepper Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Curd and cook well. After that add some Sugar, Cardamom Powder, some Water/Milk, Salt to taste, Cottage Cheese/Paneer Cubes in it and cook it well on a slow flame by covering it. Then put some Saffron Water and roasted Fenugreek Leaves in it and cook well. Garnish the Delicious Nawabi Paneer with Saffron Strands and serve it with Lachha Paratha.

Ingredients For Making Nawabi Paneer Recipe

Saffron Strands- 1/2 Tsp
Cottage Cheese/Paneer- 300 Gram

Ingredients For Onion Paste:

  • Onion- 2
  • Water- 2-3 Spoon

Ingredients For White Paste:

  • Soaked Almond- 8-10 Pieces
  • Soaked Cashew Nuts – 8-10 Pieces
  • Soaked Poppy Seeds- 1 Tbsp
  • Water – As required

Ingredients For Gravy:

  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Bay Leaf – 1
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
  • Cinnamon Stick – 1 Small stick
  • Clove – 3-4
  • Ginger – 1/2 Inch
  • Green chilli – 2 Nos
  • Black Pepper Powder) – 1/2 Tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Curd- 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar- 1/2 Tsp
  • Green Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tsp
  • Water- 1/2 Cup
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Roasted Fenugreek Leaves- 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves – For Garnishing
