Pakoda is a popular snack in India. There are many variations of the Pakoda, but the most common is deep-fried. It is a crispy pastry that is filled with cheese or potato and spices. Today, I’m sharing a cheese pakoda recipe with you. This recipe is easy to follow and gives you a delicious and fluffy pakoda. This easy cheese pakoda recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy snack. Enjoy with your favourite chutney.

How To Make Cheese Pakoda Recipe

For Chutney: In a mixer jar, put Jalapeno Pepper, Ripe Mango, Green Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Lemon Juice and grind it well. Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with Mint Leaves.
For the Batter: In a bowl, put White Flour/Maida, some Gram Flour, Salt to taste. Put Water gradually and make a perfect batter using a whisker. Cover it and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Then add some Chilli Flakes and Turmeric Powder to it and mix well.

For Filling: Take some Pizza Cheese, grated Raw Mango, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Chilli Seeds, Salt to taste, Mixed Herbs and mix well.
For Pakoda: Take Big Green Chillies and slit them like this keeping them join on the other side in a centre and remove the seeds from the chillies, then fill the stuffing in it. Coat it with the batter and let the extra batter drip off and wrap it with Bread Crumbs. Deep fry the stuffed Chili until they get golden brown from all the sides. Likewise, fry all the pakoras. Serve and enjoy the Tasty Stuffed Pakodas with Mango Chutney and Green Chutney or Tea. In this way, Tasty and Crispy Mirchi Pakora/Vada will get ready at home.

  • Gram Flour – 4 Spoon
  • White Flour/Maida – 4 Spoon
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Water – As required
  • Chilli Flakes- 1/2 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder- 1/4 Tsp

  • Ripe Mango – 1
  • Salt- As per taste
  • Green Chilli- 1-2
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice- 1/2 Lemon
  • Mint Leaves – For garnishing
