250 grams – Boneless chicken fillets,(cubed).
For Chicken Marination:
- 1.5 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste.

- 1 tbsp refined oil and (oil for deep frying the battered chicken ).

- First of all, wash the chicken fillets nicely/properly.
- After washing pat dry your boneless chicken fillets.
- Cut these chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- After cutting into bite-sized pieces, now we marinate our chicken pieces with the ingredients mentioned in marinated ingredients section above.
- After marinating the chicken pieces, set aside for 1 hour at room temperature.
- When the marination time is over, then add the rice flour and cornflour into the marination bowl, mix them properly to coat the chicken pieces.
