How To Make Malai Kulfi

Take the steel kadhai/pan and keep it on the flame. Add some Water & Raw Milk to it. Stir it continuously & boil it till becomes half of its initial quantity. Take some Bread Slices, cut their edges, put the Bread pieces in the Mixer Jar and grind it well. Then put the Bread Crumbs, a pinch of Baking Soda, Cardamom Powder, finely chopped Dry Fruits, Sugar in the pan and cook it on a slow flame.

Turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down. Put the thick mixture in a Kulfi Mold, cover it with clean wrap & keep it in the freezer overnight. Then cut it, serve it and garnish with some nicely chopped Dry fruits. In this way, tasty Bread Kulfi will get ready so easily at home.

Tip: Wash the Kulfi mould before use.
