How To Make Holi Special Colourful Milk Cake Recipe

Take a vessel and put Full Cream Milk in it for boiling and when the Milk is boiled then turn off the flame and stir it and put Vinegar Water in it gradually. Take a vessel  and keep strainer on it  and put cloth on it and pour all the curdle Milk in it then wash it with Water and squeeze it and rinse all the Water from it and cover it  and keep it aside. Now take a pan and put Milk in it and cook it till it gets thick then put Sugar in it  and cook it and turn the flame slow.

Now take the Chhaina in the plate  and mash it properly and put it in the pan and stir it contineously  and keep the flame slow. Take Mango Pulp and grind it  and take out it in the bowl. Take out the Kalakand in the bowl and divide it in three parts. Now put the Kalakand in the pan and put Mango Pulp in it  and cook it then take out it in the bowl and put the second part of the Kalakand  and put the Strawberry Crush in it  and cook it then take out it in the bowl  and keep it for cooling down.

Now take a cake tin  and put the plastic sheet in it. Put the White Kalakand in in the bottom part   and plain it. Now put the second layer of Mango Kalakand in it  and spread it all over and plain it  and put the third lyer in it of Strawberry Kalakand in it   and spread it all over   and cover it with plastic sheet   and then cover it  and keep the cake tin in the fridge for overnight. Take out the ckae tin   and remove the plastic sheet   and take out the Colourful Kalakand in the plate.

Colourful Kalakand is ready now Garnish it with Pistachios. Serve it and Enjoy it.

For Colourful Kalakand:

  •    Full Cream Milk – 2.5 liter
  •    Water 
  •    Vinegar – 1-2 tbsp
  •    Sugar – 1/2 cup
  •    Mango Pulp – 1/2 cup
  •    Strawberry Crush – 1 tbsp
  •    Pistachios – for garnishing
