How To Make Homemade Rooh Afza Recipe
Keep the pan on the flame, put some Sugar & Water. Stir it continuously till the sugar gets dissolved properly. Then add some Citric Acid to it and boiled it for 5 minutes. After than put some Boiled Water & remaining Sugar gradually in it & make 1 string of Sugar Syrup. Turn the flame off & keep it cool. At last add some Red Food Color, Rose Essence, Kewra Essence & mix them all well. Store it in an air-tight Bottle or Jar for long time use.
For Serving, in a serving glass, put Rooh Afza, some Water, Ice-Cubes in it. Mix well & serve it. In this way, Homemade Rooh Afza will get ready easily at home.

Ingredients For Making Homemade Rooh Afza Recipe
- Sugar – 2 Cup/400 Gram
- Citric Acid – 1/2 Tsp
- Hot Water- 1 Cup
- Water – 1.5 Cup
- Sugar – 2 Cup/400 Gram
- Red Food Color – 1-1.5 Tsp
- Rose Essence – 1/2 Tsp
- Kewra Essence – 3-4 Drops
For Serving:
- Rooh Afza
- Ice Cubes
- Water
Directions For Making Homemade Rooh Afza Recipe
