How To Make Rajasthani Milk Roll Recipe
First of all, take the steel Kadai/pan and keep it on the flame. Add some Water and Raw Milk to it. Stir it continuously, put some sugar and boil it till becomes half of its initial quantity. Take out some thick milk in a bowl and add some Milk Powder to it and mix it well. Then put the Milk Powder Mixture into milk and stir it and cook it on a slow flame. Take any tray or thali, sprinkle some Desiccated Coconut and put the Thick Milk in it.
Garnish with some Desiccated Coconut, cover it with clean wrap and keep it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours. Then cut it into pieces and roll it using some Desiccated Coconut. Garnish with some finely chopped Pistachio, Silver Verk and serve it. In this way, Traditional and Tasty Bistar Bandh Roll/Milk Roll will get ready at home easily.
