First of all, take a mixing bowl, add 160 gm condensed milk. Warm with a double boiler process. (Heat up the pan along with some water, keep the bowl in the pan once water slightly starts boiling). Add 325 gm chopped white chocolate, cook for 5 min until it melts. Turn off the heat and remove the bowl out of the pan, Add 1 tsp thandai masala. Add 25-30 gm chopped pistachios and mix it.

Keep some pistachios aside for garnishing. Further, take a tray along with parchment paper in it. Pour fudge mixture. Top with some pistachios and dry rose petals Sprinkle a pinch of salt or as per your taste. Keep it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours/overnight. Remove fudge out of the tray, cut it into pieces.
