Ingredients For Chicken Chillie Recipe:

For Marination:

  • Boneless chicken 375 gm.
  • Chili sauce 2 tsp.
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp.
  • Maida(Flour) 3 tbsp.
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp.
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt to taste.

Other Ingredients:

  • Soya sauce 2 tsp.
  • Vinegar 1 tsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Onion cubes 2 small.
  • Chili sauce 1-1/2 tsp.
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp.
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Garlic chopped 2 tsp.
  • Capsicum cubes 1/2 cup.
  • Spring onion chopped 1.
  • Green chilies slit 2.
  • Oil as required.


For Marination:

  1. First of all marinate chicken with chili sauce, soya sauce, and black pepper powder for 2 hours.
  2. After marination now sprinkles corn flour, maida(flour), salt, and red chili powder and mix it properly.

For Sauce:

  1. First of all put soya sauce, chili sauce, red chili powder, black pepper powder, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl and mix it properly.
  2. Now take a pan and heat oil in a pan and shallow fry chicken until it is done.
  3. Then keep stirring for frying evenly.
  4. Now keep 2 tsp oil and remove excess oil from the pan.
  5. After that now put chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  6. Then add onion, capsicum, green chilies, and spring onion and fry for about 1 minute or until slightly soft.
  7. Now add sauce and let the sauce bubble up properly.
  8. Then add fried chicken and mix it properly.
  9. Now sprinkle some water if it looks dry.
  10. Then sauté on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Finally, take out in a dish and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
