Ingredients For Stuffing: – Rava – ½ Cup – Coconut (grated) – ½ Cup – Ghee – 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp – Sugar – 1 Cup – Cashew Nuts (chopped) – 2 tbsp – Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp – Water – 1 ½ Cup

Directions 

1. Firstly, Crumble the maida with the salt and ghee until it resembles sand. Add water and knead a smooth dough. 2. Now, Lightly roast the cashew nuts and rava in a tbsp of ghee.

3. After that, Grind the coconut without water to a thick paste. 4. Prepare a syrup with sugar and water, boiling for 5 mins.

1. Add the cashew nuts, rava, and coconut paste. Cook until the mixture thickens. 2. Now, Add the ghee and mix thoroughly. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Set aside to cool completely.

3. Stuff the dough roundels with the mixture, similar to stuffing parathas, and flatten slightly. 4. Deep fry until golden brown in low-medium flame oil for about 10-12 mins. 5. Finally, our stuffed sweet puries are ready to be served. Enjoy!!
