– 160 gm condensed milk – 325 gm chopped white chocolate – 25-30 gm chopped pistachios – 1 tsp thandai masala – Some dry rose petals – A Pinch of salt
1. First of all, take a mixing bowl, add 160 gm condensed milk. Warm with a double boiler process. 2. (Heat up the pan along with some water, keep bowl in pan once water slightly starts boiling) 3. Add 325 gm chopped white chocolate, cook for 5 min until it melts 4. Turn off the heat and remove the bowl out of the pan, Add 1 tsp thandai masala.
1. Further take a tray along with parchment paper in it. 2. Pour fudge mixture. 3. Top with some pistachios and dry rose petals 4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt or as per your taste. 5. Keep it into refrigerator for 4-5 hours/overnight 6. Remove fudge out of the tray, cut it into pieces 7. Here’s your Delicious, Milky Thandai & Pista Fudge ready. Enjoy!
