1. First of all, In a pan dry roast the ingredients until aromatic, 5 mins on a simmer, and allow them to cool down.

2. Now, Grind into a fine powder and sieve through a strainer. 3. Grind any leftover pieces and add them into the powder.

4. Finally, Mix 2 ½ tbsp with 1 glass of chilled milk and serve with some slivers of pistachio/almonds/rose petals/saffron.
