Holi Special Gulab Jamun Recipe – Learn how to make delicious and tasty gulab jamun with this easy recipe.
For Gulab Jamun: – Fine Semolina – 1 Cup/150 Gram – Ghee – 1 Tbsp – Milk – 2 Cup – Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tsp – Ghee – 1 Tbsp – Ghee/Oil – For frying – Pistachio – For Garnishing
For Sugar Syrup: – Sugar – 1 Big Bowl/500 Grams – Water – 1 Big Bowl/500 ml – Saffron Strands – Some – Cardamom Powder – 1 Tsp
For Sugar Syrup: 1. Put Sugar, Water, Cardamom Powder & Saffron in a pan. When Sugar gets melted, cook it well & make a sticky Sugar Syrup.
For Gulab Jamun: 1. keep the pan for heating, add some Semolina & dry roast it & take it out on a plate. 2. Take the same pan, grease some Ghee in it & keep it on the flame. 3. Then add some Milk, some Cardamom Powder & boil it on a slow flame. 4. When it starts boiling put the roasted Semolina in it. 5. Stir it continuously to make it lumps free. 6. Cook till it becomes thick on a medium flame. 7. Turn the flame off & take it out on a plate & keep it for cooling down.
For Gulab Jamun: 1. Knead it first, then add some Ghee & bind the dough. 2. Make a small dough ball and then give it a small round shape. 3. Fry them in Ghee/Refined Oil on medium flame. 4. Then put the Gulab Jamun in the lukewarm Sugar Syrup. 5. Garnish with some nicely chopped Pistachio on it. 6. Serve them and enjoy the tasty Mini Gulab Jamun. 7. In this way, Halwai Style Sooji/Rava Gulab Jamun will get ready to serve.
