Ingredients For For batter: – All-purpose flour – 2 Tbsp – Butter – 1 tsp – Full fat milk – Ae per need (Add gradually) – Custard powder – 2 Tbsp – Baking powder – ¼ tsp – Powdered sugar – 1 tsp – Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp – Bread Slices – 6 to 8
Ingredients For filling: – Strawberries – 7 to 8 – Strawberry crush – 1 tsp – Powdered sugar – 1 tsp – Lemon juice – 1 tsp – Chocolate (shaved, chips or chunks)
1. First of all take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients in the bowl and prepare the batter by mixing all ingredients and set it aside for later use. 2. Now, finely chop the strawberries and add lemon juice and powdered sugar to it, mix well and keep it aside for further use. 3. Cut the edges of bread slices and with the help of a rolling pin, roll them to make them flat with a little pressure.
1. Now, spread 1 tsp of the crushed strawberries onto the bread slice. And add chopped chocolate and strawberries also. 2. Fold the slice gently by pressing and sealing the bread edges. 3. Now, give the batter a quick mix and dip rolls into it one by one.
1. Heat pan on low heat and add butter, place all the dipped rolls onto the pan and toast them on low heat until they become golden in colour. 2. Keep flipping the rolls in between for even cooking.
1. Finally, our rolls are well toasted and ready to be served. 2. Swerve hot with melted chocolate and chopped strawberries. Enjoy!
