Take a plate or steel Parat, put Semolina, Wheat Flour, Powdered Sugar, White Sesame Seeds, Cardamom Powder, Oil and bind the dough with Milk. Then cover it and keep it for 20-25 minutes.
After then make a dough ball and roll it then give it a mathri shape and prick it with a fork. Fry the Mathri in medium heated Oil and make it crispy. In this way, Karwachauth Special Sooji/Rava Mathri will get ready at home easily.
