How To Make Sabudana Aloo Papad Recipe
Take a bowl & put Sago in it then wash it 2-3 times to remove their starch & put Water in it. Take some Potatoes, peel & grate them with the grater & wash the grated Potatoes. Keep the grated Potato & Sago on the strainer to remove excess water. Keep the pan on the flame, put Water in it & boil it then put the soaked Sago & grated Potato in the boiled Water stir it & cook it for 30 minutes. Then add some Rock Salt, Cumin Seeds & whisk them with the whisker.
Then keep it on the flame & cook it again. Let it be cooked till it gets transparent colour & thick then turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down. Take the plastic sheet & put the batter with a serving spoon. Let it be sundry for 7-8 hours then turn the side & let the other side to be dry. Dry it properly. Keep the pan for heating, add some Oil & Papad in it & fry it. Enjoy the Sabudana Papad.

Ingredients For Making Sabudana Aloo Papad Recipe
- Sago – 1 Bowl
- Water – 7 Bowl
- Potato – 2 Nos
- Rock Salt – As per taste
- Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
- Oil – For frying
For Chat:
- Cheese Powder
- Tomato Powder
- Red Chili Powder
- Chat Masala
- Onion
- Coriander Leaves
Directions For Making Sabudana Aloo Papad Recipe
