In a pan, put some Water then put Raw Milk for boiling. When it starts boiling, turn the flame slowly & cook it for 2-3 mins. Let the boiled Milk for cooling down & keep it in the fridge overnight. Separate the Milk Cream from Milk. In this way, collect Milk Cream in a box for 10 days. Take out the Milk Cream in a bowl.
Take a big bowl, put Hot Water in it & place the Milk Cream Bowl in it. Mix it well & Butter will get separated. Put Butter in ice-cold Water & keep the separated Butter Milk. In this way, Butter Milk will get ready. For Ghee, take a pan, put Butter & cook it on low to medium flame. Then filter it with the strainer. In this way, Butter, Ghee, Butter Milk will get ready easily at home.
